We’re on the look out for talent, artists, community groups and venues to participate
Led by local mural artist Miriam Zaccarelli, this Sip & Paint session invites people of all ages and abilities to contribute to a larger community art project.
At this relaxed session at Melksham Assembly Hall, participants will have the opportunity to decorate an individual square tile with Miriam's guidance and support. Each tile will form part of a much larger picture, with all the completed pieces coming together at the end of the festival to create a community mural of a kingfisher. The finished artwork will then be displayed in a local business window for everyone to admire.
In the lead-up to the festival, Miriam will also be hosting additional painting sessions for those who would like to create their section of the mural with expert guidance. Prefer to get creative in your own time? You can paint your own square independently and submit it to Town Hall be included in the final masterpiece.
